Plant-based Minced Meat

for Iranian Cuisine


  • Respect Iranian Food 200g
  • Medium-sized eggplants 2 pieces
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • Onions 100g
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Red pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Coriander
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil

    Cut eggplants into long slices with skin

    Season with salt, pepper, and a little oil for flavor

    And bake in a 170°C oven until tender

    Sauté onions and garlic until golden

    Add Respect Iranian Food, tomato puree, salt, red pepper, coriander, and fresh oregano
