- Small potatoes 300g
- Onions 100g
- Two cloves of garlic
- Tomato paste 2 tablespoons

Sauté chopped onions and garlic until soft

Add Respect Italian Food, tomato paste, salt, red pepper, chives, and fresh coriander, and cook for 15 minutes
