Plant-based Minced Meat

  • Mushrooms 200g
  • Small potatoes 300g
  • Onions 100g
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh coriander and chives 4 tablespoons
  • Sour cream 2 tablespoons
  • Salt, red pepper, rosemary, thyme, and olive oil (as needed)

    Sauté chopped onions and garlic until soft
